About us
In our provision we provide 24-hour support and care to adult service users aged 18+ years old with Autism, mental health, behaviours with concern and learning disability. Our service is available to people from all over the UK.
We recognise that for most service users the most important people in our organisation are the Support Workers with whom service users will have regular contact. We take great care in recruiting, training, and supervising our staff.
Employees are employed with the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications for the provision of services to individuals in their own homes, with a wide range of support/care needs, we are committed to the development of positive lifestyles for individuals and for them to lead the fullest possible life within the community.
Our purpose at Metro Care is to improve lives - it's as simple as that
We help people to live with independence in their local community. We support people to discover new hobbies, activities and friendships, spending quality time with like-minded people. And we pride ourselves on helping each and every one of the people we support to find the confidence and self-belief they need to follow their personal goals and dreams.
How do we achieve this?
By offering a truly personalised approach in everything that we do. Our support is always tailored around each person's likes, dislikes and ambitions. And we build support plans in partnership with each person's family and support networks, keeping everyone involved and informed, because we know how important it is for the people, we support to stay connected with the people they care about most.
